The Representative of the President of the Russian Federation for the Rights of Children, Anna Kutsnetsova, met with her Finish counter parts this week.  The discussion is based on the seizures of Russian Children by the Finish government.

claimed the Russians were not assimilating into finish society giving the government some claims to take their children.
